Well another month and another injection. Oh Abilify my friend! Gosh it hurt :( That was yesterday and today I am still bruised. A new doctor and a new focus. He thought 2 books would be good for me to read. One by Jay Shetty and one by Mark Manson. It has been a long time since I have been able to read a book but I have started again recently. Learning to ignore the audible commentary is hard for me to do. I am getting there though.
